Menu loading is slow

Menu loading in the callcenter is slow, what can I do?

1. Test your internet connection - http://www.speedtest.net
2. Restart your PC 

If you still have probelms send an email to info@b3website.com with the following details

• Speedtest screenshot
• Video showing the menu loading proceess while it is slow.
• Restaurant name (having the problem)

Please note, the menu loading speed depends on how many products are available on the menu.
