- Find a toothpick or something with the same size
- Once you find one on the right side of the device there is a plastic cover. Remove the cover and insert the toothpick in the Aux (The first on top). You will feel a button and keep it pressed.
- At the same time press the power button for 3 seconds
Your device should restart and reload the android
