What happens when an order comes in?

When a new order comes in, the tablet will ring and notify you for the order. We recommend keeping your volume up so you can hear. You will be able to find the order in the My Orders Pending section.

Tap the order to see order details. From here, you can enter the info in your POS or relay it to your kitchen staff. If you have printing enabled, once the order is accepted the order will be automatically printed.
