Delete customers

You can delete customer profile records from B3 if the customer has no order history with your website. Customers with an order history can't be deleted from your website's records. If a deleted customer buys from your website in the future, a new record will be created for them.

To delete customer profile records:

1. From your B3 admin, go to Customers.

2. On the Customers page, select the customer profiles you want to delete using the checkbox next to each name.

3. Click Actions.

4. Click Delete selected customers.

5. Click Delete to confirm.
