Edit a customer note

A customer note contains information that you might want to keep track of for a particular customer profile. Notes are visible to store staff only, so your customers won't see them.

To edit a customer note:

  1. From your B3 admin, go to Customers.

  2. Click the name of the customer profile you want to edit.

  3. Add or change existing notes in the text box below the customer's information card:

  1. Click Save to confirm your changes.
