Closing your business
If you don't want to run your website anymore, then you can close it at any time. When you close your website, you won't have access to your B3 admin. If you want to log back in, then you will have to enter your credit card details and reactivate your website.
You need to close your website manually. B3 support can't close your store for you.
To close your B3 website, complete the following steps:

Log in as the account owner.

From your B3 admin, go to Settings > Account.

In the Subscriptions section, click suspend.

Enter your password to continue.

At this point, you can contact B3 to see if there is anything we can do to help. If you're sure that you want to close your store, then select a reason from the drop-down menu and then click Close website.
