Delivery & Shipping
Understanding the best ways to deliver your orders to your customers is an important part of running your business. Before you take your first order, you need to decide in which areas you deliver.
Delivery zones
The areas that you deliver to are known as delivery zones. Each delivery zone includes delivery rates that apply to customers whose addresses are within that zone. You can see your current shipping zones and shipping rates on the Delivery page in your B3 admin.
Create a new Delivery zone
To create a new shipping zone, complete the following steps:
- From your B3 admin, go to Settings > Delivery & Shipping.

In the Zones and rates section, click Add shipping zone:

Click Add countries in the Countries section.

If you want to limit the delivery zone to certain areas within a country, then you can click Edit beside the region that you want to change:

You can add or remove specific states or provinces using the checkboxes beside them, then click Done:

If you want to add a minimum order and delivery charge to the delivery zone, then click Add rate for the type of rate that you want to create:

When you're done, click Save. The new delivery zone will appear on the Delivery & Shipping settings page in your B3 admin.
Edit a new Delivery zone & rates
- From your B3 admin, go to Settings > Delivery & Shipping.

In the Zones and rates section, click edit on the zone you what to change

Make any changes you need and click save.
